This hotel is located in an area with breathtaking views of nature. Guests can enjoy the onsen area that has beautiful indoor and outdoor baths. the rooms are spacious, warm, and comfortable with scenic views of either the river or the garden. the staff are dedicated and provide excellent service. the breakfast buffet is amazing with delicious and varied options. Guests can enjoy sitting in the lobby and admiring the garden view.
The hotel does not provide any nearby dining options aside from Family Mart or 7/11, so guests may have to travel a bit for their meals.

The hot springs were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. the breakfast had a lot of variety and the miso soup was delicious. the hotel was situated in a quiet area, but still close to public transportation and restaurants.
The hotel room was a bit small and dated. the AC was also not very effective, making the room too warm for comfort.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel recently and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. They even contacted me in advance to check on my preferences and offered a complimentary upgrade to my room. The room itself was comfortable, with a great view of the town. The hotel also provided yukatas, which added to the authentic and comfortable experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the onsen. This place had not one, but seven onsen pools for guests to enjoy. The onsen was well-maintained and had a beautiful garden view. The dinner served at the hotel was incredibly delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. the service, the onsen, and the dining experience were exceptional.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable experience.

We had an amazing stay with great staff, who contacted us beforehand to offer free upgrade with a nice view of the river. Hotel is equipped with all facilities and easy transportation with free pick-up from nearby station and bus stop within two minutes walking distance. Location is close to main attractions including several onsens and a beautiful garden. Delicious breakfast was served with Japanese and English correspondence. Staff was really helpful and we felt very comfortable in our room.
Everything was fantastic.

The hot springs were definitely the best part of the stay - so relaxing after a long day of exploring the town. We also enjoyed the variety of pools, especially having morning and afternoon shifts for the male and female guests. The breakfast had a great selection and filled us up for the day ahead. The location was perfect - right in the heart of a small, picturesque town.
Our room was not up to standard. The air conditioning was not working properly and made for an uncomfortable sleep.
